Oil trading has never halted and they didn't cut production until Dementia got into office because they knew his anti-energy stance and unlike Trump, he wouldn't have done a thing about it. They were correct too.

The "real winner" or "winners" are the rich who control the government. Do you really think the President, who makes up only 1/3rd of the US political system, has the ability to make that impact in eight years? Hell no they don't.
The Koch brothers' impact on US politics is like an elephant compared to the atom that was Trump. Soros has a much, much bigger impact on US politics than Obama ever did.

So in February 2020 we were producing 13.1 mbd, by june 2020 that dropped to around 11 mbd. It has been rising ever since and is back to 12.3 now.
