Good and proper ruling by the court. Despite understanding that the court has shown that they will not hold themselves to the same standards they hold others, I still find myself agreeing with their rulings far more often that disagreeing.

The Supreme Court declined to address the legal liability shield that protects tech platforms from being held responsible for their users’ posts, the court said in an unsigned opinion on Thursday.
