Tampa Bay Low Salaries

You take a look at their players and you know why their salary costs are so low. Their free agents who re-signed would have hard time getting a better salary from any team.
Price is the only player of substance.

The Team will have spurts. Boston and much improved Toronto and Baltimore will keep them down.

I hope they will get a new owner that is willing spend money to get quality players.

Tampa Bay has been a contender for many years. They have the best MANAGER in baseball, and they somehow find a way to put together good teams, year in and year out, despite losing good players every off-season. They do it the right way, via their formidable farm system.
Their stadium is a JOKE, the fans are a JOKE, and the owners are a JOKE.
Joe Maddon is a GENIUS, and he could have ANY managerial job he wants.
