You know, the whole marijuana legalization thing could be taken care of in one fell swoop by one single agency.

All that would have to happen is for the DEA to move marijuana off of Schedule I class of drugs to another class.

Besides............Schedule I drugs are those that are classified as highly addictive with no known medical benefits. Since it has been approved by many states for medical use, as well as the fact that since research has been done by doctors, it has been proven to be medically beneficial in many cases, such as seizures, nausea control and pain relief.

It has also been proven since they could research it to be physically non addictive.
