From the passage, written long before the ATlantic lie, Bolton states that the day of the cemetery event was it was raining, and the ceiling for flying the helicopter was too low.......the Marines who actually Fly the Presidential helicopter stated that it was fine for Marines flying a combat mission, but not for flying the President of the United States....then he goes on to state that the Secret Service said, the drive to the cemetery would take 90-120 minutes by car, on roads that were not even highways..........and that was a definite no go for Presidential security......not only in the case of possible attack, but also for trying to get the President out of France quickly if an attack happened...
