The Beatles and Cream and Led Zeppelin snd The Rolling Stones and The Doors

I saw them the first time in London in 1966 at the UFO Club. Saw them again in 68, also in London, then saw them on The Wall tour twice, in LA in 1980, and again in London at Earl's Court.

I've seen The Who over a dozen times starting in 66.
Would never have thought...but then lots of music types become Libertarian types.

Dude, I was a hardcore democrat till obummer lied and said he would make government less opaque, but instead did the exact opposite. I voted for him the first time, but he is the person that woke me up to the enemy of the people that the democrat party has become.

I've done this one - Karaoke. In Hollywood. I don't pretend to be musically proficient, but this and a few others had people come up to me and ask about...

I sing it with a picture in my mind of a complicated relationship.

Look at the stars
Look how they shine for you
And everything you do
Yeah, they were all yellow

I came along
I wrote a song for you
And all the things you do
And it was called "Yellow"

So then I took my turn
Oh, what a thing to have done
And it was all yellow

your skin, oh yeah, your skin and bones
(Ooh) turn into something beautiful
(Aah) and you know, you know I love you so
You know I love you so

I swam across
I jumped across for you
Oh, what a thing to do
'Cause you were all yellow

I drew a line
I drew a line for you
Oh, what a thing to do
And it was all yellow

and your skin, oh yeah, your skin and bones
(Ooh) turn into something beautiful
(Aah) and you know, for you, I'd bleed myself dry
For you, I'd bleed myself dry

It's true
Look how they shine for you
Look how they shine for you
Look how they shine for-
Look how they shine for you
Look how they shine for you

Look how they shine
Look at the stars
Look how they shine for you
And all the things that you do

true story

I don't believe you. That is so...uhm, not believable. Listen, I did not for for Obama in 2008. I actually left the Democratic party in 2009. Not because of Obama but because of the cult-of-personality surrounding him early on.

I voted for Obama in 2012, even though I admired Romney as an individual.

I couldn't stand Romney. And I don't care what you believe, if you go back and find some of my initial posts when I first joined you can see for yourself.

I believe you purposefully misinterpret what I see. It's okay.

I know people who voted for Obama in 2008 They felt all giddy. It took a few weeks to a few months for them to turn on Obama and the Democratic party.

reasons are always convoluted bullshit. I lay out simply why I left the Dem before coming back.

I also lay the principle I had against Obama and for McCain: known quantities. By 2012 I felt we knew enough about Obama to understand the candidate. A few very simple, principles guided my choices.

Your screeds against Obama and the Dems seem to lack any principled reasons.

Sha-la-la-la, la-la-la
Mm, uh-huh

Oh, they are very principled. The PEOPLE of the USA is who I care about. Black, white, green or blue. I don’t care. The RINO's and the democrats are working against the interests of the American people.

They are globalists. Globalism is, at its core, evil. Obummer began ignoring the COTUS almost immediately and no one from either side did a thing to stop him.

That was the beginning of my awakening. And then when Hillary ran I supported bernie because he was anti multinational corporations. So then I watched as she set up her super delegates which basically ensured she would waltz to the primary victory....and then bernie sold out to her.

So, that was the absolute end of me being a democrat.

Now I consider myself a rational anarchist.

That sounds far too much like bloviating bs. soory, but it does.

The RINO's and the democrats are working against the interests of the American people.
Really?

I see no principles. I do see anger, frustrations, discontent, anger, helplessness...

Yes, really. I'm far from helpless. I am angry because those people have been ripping off the American people for decades and sending our youth off to get killed in their wars so they can make their money.

That disgusts me.

People have been sending sending our youth off to get killed in their wars so they can make their money? You do know most all of the policy makers who advocated war and most every elected official who voted to go to war did not do so for $$$ or make money from those wars?

btw, I'd like to know, do you believe you've ever seen the rain comin' down on a sunny day?

I have and it helps keep me from needing to jump into conspiracies and other weirdness that feeds emotions. I prefer to keep manufactured drama away.

Always, but defend yourself from those who would harm you or yours. I know you have cardiac issues. Take care.

For someone exactly like you
I've been travelin' all around the world
Waitin' for you to come through
