Well, one main flaw......there are several others......But, consider this one......
First, we all know that a FISA warrant was requested and granted in October 2016....
Second, Nunes's contention is that the FiSC judge was CONNED by the FBI to grant the warrant by using Steele's dossier as corroborating evidence.
Third. we all know that the warrant was reviewed 3 more times after the 90 day warrant expired...(that makes the warrants functional until late in the 2017 year)
Fourth, we also know that BuzzFeed released the Steele dossier in January 2017.
Finally, to "assume" that the FISC judge(s) did NOT KNOW the source, funding and controversy over the Steele dossier.......and STILL grant 3 more extension to the warrant is...at best.....ridiculous.
These FISA judges are not kept in some basement to let out whenever a warrant is sought. These judges were fully aware of the controversies over the dossier, and to "conclude" that these judges were fooled over and over and over again, is NUTS.
