Okay, we've been hearing about this for years. Now, it seems China has reached a deal and agreed upon a route.
My question is this; will it provide much-needed jobs for people of that poverty-stricken land? Or will they bring in Chinese 'technicians' to do the work?
Only time will tell.
Oh yeah, why weren't American firms bidding for this? Why nobody like Haliburton or another massive multi-national company? And, what's in it for China.
