Being the 3rd highest grossing film this weekend really put a dent in Tarantino's pockets

He's a racist liberal Hollywood idiot who knows nothing about the real world. Most Hollywood people are. Americans generally don't care what an artists views are if their art is enjoyable they still consume it.

I hate the politics of Tupac, Jay Z, Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz. But guess what....I have songs by all of them in my workout mix because their music is great.

I hate the politics of Michael Bay but i watch his films. Oliver Stone too.

I don't like Tarantino films, even before the police comments. He's too racist and sexist for my taste.

Quentin Tarantino has totally gone off the deep-end, he's now potentially a very dangerous individual.

Many of his recent public statements have been absolutely inciteful to violence, the man is becoming deranged.

Everyone is a potentially dangerous individual lol

You thought you said something profound

Django Unchained opening weekend $30 million.

Inglorious Bastards opening weekend $38 million.

Hateful Eight opening weekend $16 million.

That's a pretty big bite...you might want to rethink your OP.

And I'm sure many lefties went to see it just because of the boycott... even with that...Hateful Eight was sunk to a lowly $16 million....while Daddy's Home took in a very Django-esque $29 million in it's second weekend....and a Bastardly $38 million against Star Wars in it's opening weekend.

Tarantino isn't a happy camper...and neither are his investors.

For different reasons there are a couple of boycotts going on against that movie.

You didn't like True Romance or Pulp fiction?

Pulp Fiction was kind of wild but a good movie. True Romance probably was Tarantino's best. He is a modern day deSade.

I can't stand Quentin Tarantino. I couldn't stand him when he was a teenager.

I would never pay to see one of his movies. It has to come to network.

Every one of his movies are extremely violent and involve male on male rape. I still like them, but I feel like it's wrong to like them.

one movie involves man on man rape. pulp fiction. nobody is raped in from dusk til dawn, nobody is raped in reservoir dogs, no man on man rape on django...

but extremely violent - absolutely

Rape in Hateful Eight was done off camera, but it was a big part of the plot.

Watched it the other night. Great movie. Might be my favorite Tarantino flick so far. Loved Jennifer Jason Leigh's character.
