Of course Biden is dropping out. It's why they held the first debate before the conventions. They always planned on pushing Biden out. They just don't want to announce who is take his place before or during the RNC. Make no mistake about it, if Democrats felt Biden could beat Trump even with his cognitive decline they would keep him as the nominee and let the country be run by no-name people behind the scenes. Democrats could care less about transparency and true democracy. Just win at all costs.
