Los Angeles is debating awarding teachers with tax-free money.
The mayor says he's not sure if he can do it because they will lose "hundreds of millions" in tax money...from teachers that make no money.
how much money do LAUSD teacher's make?
well, cafeteria helpers start out at 20k ...still doesn't answer my question.
...the best estimates , they start out at 68k.
The whole motivation is because they claim they're losing teachers to other jobs.
1) If you can go be a space cadet at NASA, I say , THEN FKNG GO THEN!
2) I found a little tidbit when I was doing some research on the topic, teachers in LAUSD can resign their job, and if they come back within 39 months, the district will give them their job back.
That's what they're doing, working a few years, then doing some other BS , then coming back
