There is nothing giddy about this virus. There is nothing giddy about a US lockdown. Trump has failed to keep us safe by completely ignoring the threat that this virus posed to the US health system and the US economy. He was too scared of "scaring markets" even though the markets knew the seriousness of this crisis, which is why they dropped so fast so quickly.
