Or you can still go to the doctor, pay a few hundred for visit and medicind, instead of paying $4800 - $6000 a year plus the few hundred since obviously you don't reach the deductible.

Heritage foundation originally laid out "personal responsibility!" healthcare reform framework as an alternative to Clintoncare. Romney signed that framework into law in Massachusetts and that blueprinted ACA, to the applauds of Heritage and Republicans who were there for Clintoncare debate like Newt Gingirch. So Obamacare was a bi-partisan plan and anyone who tries to tell you otherwise is a either ignorant or a liar.

Nowadays Republicans are chock full of REALLY BAD, purely reactionary ideas.

They promised ACA repeal and replace with something better that will cover everyone - total fail, THEY COULD NOT COME UP WITH ANYTHING BETTER. This bill will make healthcare MORE expensive, while heading the individual market into a long term death spiral as people will simply skip insurance until they get sick.

They promised fiscal discipline - this bill will add at least a TRILLION to debt over a decade. Can't wait for Republicans to call for Medicare/SS/Medicaid program cuts after they blew this hole in the budget.

They promised middle class oriented tax-cut - this tax bill is tailor made for corporations, millionaires, billionaires and ESPECIALLY real estate and Wall Street tycoons. Middle class, particularly in states with income taxes get little to nothing, some will even end up paying more in taxes and MORE for their healthcare.

Short of some economic miracle they will be ejected forcefully out of power come 2018 and 2020 and Trump will at that point will go down in history as one of the worst, if not THE worst president this country ever elected.
