What's wishy washy hypocrite about it. Neither GOP candidate found to have classified documents and Presidential Records after their term in office ended have been charged with simply having classified documents in their possession. This is the GOP FPOTUS and GOP FVPOTUS.

One returned all documents and that was the end of it.

One returned only some documents and was not charged for any of those.

One retained and refused to return Presidential Records and classified documents after repeated attempts by United States Government officers and employees to secure their return. They were stonewalled for a period of 18 months, before a court ordered search warrant was executed to force their return to the rightful owner (the United States Government).

When his office was packed for his personal documents, the classified documents were likely boxed and sent to his home, office, or think tank office...

That's a mistake, not a criminal act. He did not knowingly take them them for his own personal use, as Trump did....and Trump admitted he did....

Nor did Biden refuse to return the classified documents, to the governnent.... As Trump did.
