To what degree is it appropriate for a sitting president to deprecate a SCOTUS decision?

Jackson stayed that John Marshall made his ruling, now he could enforce it.

They’re conservatives. They stick with the Constitution. If your characterization of Republicans are those who follow Constitutional law, fine with me.
The TRUMPCourt is grossly partisan and uses the Constitution only when convenient

Biden was pretty harsh this afternoon as his condemned the conservative justices and called it a “sad day for the country*” and the ruling a “tragic error.” He even went so far as to claim that the justices “took away a Constitutional right” when of course there is no constitutional right to an abortion and was the crux of what the SCOTUS determined.

Is it not undermining a co-equal branch of the government for a president to say that the SCOTUS has violated the Constitution?

* It‘s not a sad day for million of yet unborn children.

Everything the Bozo in Chief says or does is wrong.

Hopefully, going into the future, killing babies won't become the Federal institution that it was.

First of all THANKS! For the link! Very good to learn where you got your opinion.

NOW is this what you based your Jackson's "stayed that John Marshall made his ruling, now he could enforce it"
Now this is what your Marshall reference..
The Indian Removal Act offered tribes in the East lands in an area west of the Mississippi (soon to be called “Indian Territory”). The U.S. government promised to compensate the tribes for the property they would have to abandon.
In 1832, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Worcester v. Georgia that Jackson was wrong.
Chief Justice John Marshall wrote in the majority opinion that the Constitution gave to Congress, not the states.
Jackson backed an Indian removal bill in Congress. Members of Congress like Davy Crockett argued that Jackson violated the Constitution by refusing to enforce treaties that guaranteed Indian land rights.
But Congress passed the removal law in the spring of 1830.

Their stance on Roe at their confirmation is well documented
Nothing to prove
Their stance was correct. It was “settled” law, as little as that phrase means. No lie at all. Before Brown v. Board of Education, Plessy v. Ferguson was also “settled” law (for a longer period of time than between Roe v. Wade and Dobbs). Should the SCOTUS not have overruled “separate by equal?”

You have something to prove, Leftwhiner. But you can’t rise to the occasion because you’re full of shit.

Biden was np0otr harsh enough. What we have is 6 righty wing Nazis who are aiding Republicans into turning this into a dictatorship. The Supreme Court is the enemy of the people.

The fact is that the SCOTUS has ignored the Constitution.

There is no such thing as a unborn child. A fetus is not a child.
