Oh. I’m against capital punishment primarily, if not exclusively, because it is highly likely that people who have not actually committed said crimes get convicted and executed. I’m tough on crime in the sense that I think that prison life should be difficult. I do not believe that people should be easily put on probation or parole. I believe in chain gangs and hard work for prisoners but I would like them to live for the mere possibility that if it is discovered that they were wrongly convicted, they can be released. By the way, if the inmate sees no hope and wants to die in prison, so be it. Make life very tough for inmates, but don’t execute them.
