Trump administration hired former lobbyists/ethics

After Trump complained about lobbyists in January, and even passed an executive order against them, it seems he hired several:

The problem is more one of transparency, he has given waivers to former lobbyists, but has not yet provided those documents to the Office of Government Ethics.

He's pouring water into the swamp.
