At this point I think the White House needs to quietly make it know to the Jusiciary that if the judges continue to get in the way of deportation that the US Government is just going to start shooting these MoFos on the streets, then start doing the same to the illegals.

Maybe you should lead the way, who them show it's done internet tough guy?

Suit yourself.

But if you get your wish, you'll come to regret it.
We live in a somewhat soft tyranny now. The government can tighten the noose anytime they have an opportunity to do so.

We have Trump because Democrats wouldn't say anything when they were in power.
We have Trump because the citizenry saw the result of a stolen election and resoundingly rejected the party that did it and their legions of useful idiots. Trump is far from perfect, but he undoubtedly loves the USA and works tirelessly to improve it.

He's calling everything an "emergency", which is standard Trumpian hyperbole. Then he issues decrees, proclamations and EOs based on those "emergencies".

There appears to be no one willing or able to stop it, so he just keeps going.
He went out of his way this time to hire jackals. He could not stand it when people of conscience, merit, and integrity kept correcting him last time.

Every president, dem, or rep places people around him who believe in his agenda....Why is that wrong?

What's wrong is Trump is a criminal, a traitor, and on a revenge tour.

As always, he doesn't give a flying fuck about America. Only himself.

Yeah, I remember the rubes mocking the idea that he'd be worse in his second term. Obviously they weren't told about the kind of thugs he'd have around him this time. Or they didn't care. Or they were lying.

While we knew that was coming, the brazenness of this whole thing has been a little surprising. Everything is all out in the open, from the conflicts of interest to the pump 'n dump crypto scams.

Trump Officials Consider Suspending Habeas Corpus for Detained Migrants

Stephen Miller, the White House deputy chief of staff who orchestrated President Trump’s crackdown on immigration, said on Friday that the administration was considering suspending immigrants’ right to challenge their detention in court before being deported.

“The Constitution is clear,” he told reporters outside the White House, arguing that the right, known as a writ of habeas corpus, “could be suspended in time of invasion.”

“That’s an option we’re actively looking at,” he said, adding, “A lot of it depends on whether the courts do the right thing or not.”

Such a move would represent a dramatic escalation in the Trump administration’s battles with the courts over his efforts to carry out mass deportations. And it would be yet another sweeping assertion of executive authority, one in tension with a right generally guaranteed in the Constitution.

The difference being the US, while Lincoln was prez, was experiencing an actual crisis when he suspended habeas. From AI.......During the Civil War, President Lincoln suspended the writ of habeas corpus in certain areas and for specific reasons, primarily to suppress dissent and facilitate military operations. While initially challenged by Chief Justice Roger Taney, Lincoln eventually sought and obtained congressional approval for his actions.

With trump, the "invasion" pretense is just a rhetorical tool used to wind up the base. It's not reality. His argument being hurt by the reduction of border crossings that began during last summer after Biden's EO on asylum criteria. The absurdity of his claim being mirrored by the equally bogus rationale for deportation. One debunked by the US intel community.

It's time for Repubs to make their voices heard. Past time. We are a country of laws or we are not. They need to pick a side.

They should be saying while stopping illegal immigration and deporting criminal immigrants is a goal most all Americans agree with, it has to be done in accordance with constitutional law. Additionally, any prez who breaks the law in defiance of court orders should be removed from office. IOW, trump should be treated no differently than other prez's who have egregiously abused the power of their office.
Hungary/Orban 2.0

Repubs love it.

Bullshit. It was inflation (which had already passed) and hyperbole about illegals

IOW, the idiotic policies of the Biden administration.

Keep telling yourself that. It’ll help the repubs retain power.
Now you’re talking in circles again.

You just got done claiming Trump got elected because of a “stolen election”

It was many factors, none that look good for the marxist Dim party.

Further proof Trump is a fascist thug and unfit to hold any public office.

How ?
Also why
Nancy pelosi Chuck Schumer said he was an illegitimate president.
How ?
That's pelosi said the president is involved in a cover-up
Show me.

There must be more.

If Abraham Lincoln could suspend habeas corpus for American citizens during the Civil War, President Trump can surely do it for people here illegally.
