Its different when Trump addresses Israeli leaders as an ally and not an adversary trying to blame and undercut them.

Did you notice the public reaction and perception was also different when Obamas administration took out Bin Laden ? Had Bush done what Obama did, including dumping the body at sea without a formal burial, the world would have erupted in outrage . but because Obama toned down the rhetoric and publicity, he could get away with more stuff than Bush or Romney or Trump could have done.

With Obama the left didn't protest him continuing policies protested under Bush.
