Trump Leveraging Ukraine Military Aid For Dirt On Joe Biden

Dumb ass child everybody knows the name of McCabe
And does everybody think his name is Jim McCabe?
I misspoke, it's Andy McCabe. Thank you for bringing my error to my attention.
He's just being obtuse.most people know who McCabe is regardless about the first name.
Nope. You bitches ask for links for things everybody knows is true, you play spelling and grammar Nazi, and if a liberal slips up on a name you jump them. Just learn to get the facts before you post.
Anyone in a policial discussion who doesn't know who McCABE IS SHOULD STOP WHINING AND LEAVE THE DISCUSSION.
Then zorro should leave.

That wasn't the key document. It was the document Trump talked about all the time, so you cult members believe it is.
You said it wasn't used for Fisa warrants.

I said it was not the reason for the warrants.
The dossier was used to obtain FISA warrants.
The dossier by itself was not what caused the warrants to be issued. Understand?
The dossier was the sole piece of evidence for the fisa warrants
No it wasn't.

The name McCabe is a dead giveaway even for you single-digit comprehensioners.
PussyBitch, even Zorro! admitted he got the name wrong.

:itsok:
He said he misspoke on the first name
But everybody should know who McCabe is bitch Why is this even part of the discussion

We will do unto right wingers as they do unto everyone else. Had a liberal made that mistake it would be used on them in every post in every thread that liberal entered into for the foreseeable future. Unlike the democratic leadership, we will be getting down in the mud since that's where you lying sacks of shit want to go.
You're a funny turd take a flush

Left Swings at Trump, Takes Out Biden

The story begins with the fact that the Biden family took advantage of Joe’s status as vice president to get rich through foreign connections, principally China and Ukraine. This is a common phenomenon–a Democratic politician labors away for years at a modest salary, then retires a rich man. How does that happen, exactly? Corruption.

Here, Joe Biden revealed the real scandal. A Ukrainian prosecutor was investigating a company in which Hunter Biden was involved, and Joe bragged that he had gotten Ukraine’s government to fire the prosecutor by threatening to cut off $1 billion in loan guarantees. That is a real scandal, and a real abuse of executive power.

It is entirely appropriate for President Trump to want to know whether Joe Biden really did abuse his office as vice president to that extent. Not only is the scandal highly relevant per se, but it would represent a serious disruption of relations between the U.S. and Ukraine that ought to be of interest to the president. So I don’t think Trump can be faulted for urging Ukraine’s government to reopen the investigation that Joe Biden says he squashed. It was the right thing to do.

I'm not tired of winning.

Who's tired of winning????

But you aren't winning.

You're also delusional, so there's that.

It Ain’t Easy Getting a FISA Warrant: I Was an FBI Agent and Should Know

There are two ways to obtain a wiretap – also known as electronic surveillance – on U.S. persons (citizens and permanent residents), and both include the courts. For criminal investigations, the FBI can seek a warrant under Title III of the U.S. criminal code by showing a federal court that there is probable cause to believe the target has engaged, or is engaging in, criminal activity. This is a fairly high standard because of a strong presumption in favor of our Fourth Amendment right to privacy, and requires a showing that less intrusive means of obtaining the same information aren’t feasible.

The standard for electronic surveillance for foreign intelligence purposes, though, is a little lower. This is because when it comes to national security, as opposed to criminal prosecutions, our Fourth Amendment rights are balanced against the government’s interest in protecting the country. The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) allows the FBI to get a warrant from a secret court, known as the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC), to conduct electronic surveillance on U.S. persons if they can show probable cause that the target is an “agent of a foreign power” who is “knowingly engag[ing]…in clandestine intelligence activities.” In other words, the government has to show that the target might be spying for a foreign government or organization.

But even under this standard, it’s not like the FBI can just decide to stop by a FISC to get a FISA warrant after going through the McDonald’s drive-thru for lunch. To even begin the process leading to a FISA, the FBI has to follow several steps outlined in the Attorney General Guidelines, which govern FBI investigations. First, the FBI has to conduct a “threat assessment” in order to establish grounds for even opening an investigation on potential FISA subjects. If a threat exists, the FBI must then formally open an investigation into possible foreign intelligence activity.

Trump’s Wiretapping Claim Based on Reports of FBI Warrants

The roots of the FISA warrant were themselves odd. According to both Mensch and the BBC, they centered on a server in Trump Tower found last Spring to have been communicating with Russia’s Alfa Bank, itself reportedly with strong ties to Vladimir Putin.

The dossier was not the only document. You can repeat that lie until the end of days and it still is not the only document. Just like Biden did not blackmail the Ukrainians to make money for his son. These things are untrue. And you wishing them to be true won't make them true. A thread full of right wingers repeating this will not make it true. What you believe is fake news.

No it's really not. The Dossier materials used in the FISA warrant application were less than one page of the 70+ pages of the warrant application. The information was used to support and prove other statements, not as a primary piece of information. So your lie that the Dossier was the primary basis for the FISA application is an out and out attempt to rewrite history.

Wow!
It was in fact communicating ONLY with a Russian bank...a bank closely tied to Putin

Uh, no, it wasn't.

David Corn reported in 2017that a trump rival initially ordered the dossier. Hillary picked it up after the rival stopped payment. The rival was never named.

The Dirty Truth About the Steele Dossier
Actually, what Corn said was....

A veteran spy has given the FBI information alleging a Russian operation to cultivate Donald Trump

In June, the former Western intelligence officer—who spent almost two decades on Russian intelligence matters and who now works with a US firm that gathers information on Russia for corporate clients—was assigned the task of researching Trump’s dealings in Russia and elsewhere, according to the former spy and his associates in this American firm. (Before the former spy was retained, the project’s financing switched to a client allied with Democrats.) “It started off as a fairly general inquiry,” says the former spook, who asks not to be identified.

And yes, the rival was named. It was the Washington Free Beacon. And Steele was hired after they dropped Fusion GPS.

My point is....the initial funding did not come from Hillary
And she did not initially order the dossier.

"This was for an opposition research project originally financed by a Republican client critical of the celebrity mogul. "
There's no evidence Hillary ordered the dossier. There's no evidence she even received a copy of it before the election. But Fusion GPS did not hire Steele until after Hillary hired them.
There's no evidence trump colluded with the Russians but the left won't drop that shit.

We live in a fucked up world we've created these days.

That''s not true. There is evidence of conspiracy but "insufficient evidence" to convict, and almost no evidence that the Trump Administration knew that they were dealing with Russian government agents. In other words, the Trump Campaign was too stupid to know they were talking to the Russian government.

Biden violated the Emoluments Clause
Oh? What did Biden receive?
His son received an $80K/mo no-show job.
That's not a violation of the emoluments clause, ya fucking moron. As a private citizen, Hunter Biden was allowed to earn as much as he could demand.

Not when his Dad is using his office as VP to help him keep the "job" (aka: bribe)

Except thath his father did nothing of the kind, and you repeating Trump's lies, won't make them true.

Every time Trump is caught red-handed pulling some illegal shit, he tries to claim that it's no different that something the Democrats did. Obama was NOT separating families at the border, or holding children in overcrowded conditions, for months on end. He wasn't shipping children around the country in the dead of night.

Obama wasn't spying on the Trump Campaign. The Trump Campaign was involved with Russian spies, stolen emails, and paying off porn stars. Just watch Papagorgio's reality TV show one time, and you'll realize that this is EXACTLY the kind of guy who would get drunk in a bar and brag about knowing where Hillary's stolen emails are. He's a desperate attention seeking whore who people laugh at regularly. And he's desperate to show that he'a "somebody". Now the fool is claiming he was "set up".

This is what you get when you don't vet people. Trump took on anybody who would work for free, and he got what he paid for. Especially in the case of Papagorgio and Manafort. Manfort for was so desperate for cash that he was committing bank fraud to keep his fiscal house of cards afloat, and he was under investigation by the FBI, yet he offered to work for Donald Trump for free. Doesn't that make you the tiniest bit suspicious as to why?
