I dont think so, as you can hear the bullets from the first two shots hitting the stage.

And Trump clearly reacts to the sound of the first shot, with an audible "oh", and turns his head. The first sound can't be an echo.

What difference does it make? Someone tried to take his life and it doesn't matter what he was hit with, it is just wrong!
