Which means Trump can't sell his share now.

Whoops. He's stuck with a penny stock!

Could you explain (with a link please) as to why Trump is locked into not selling now?

I do not think he is. If it had hit below 12 before the lockout period he would not have been allowed to sell. But now it does not matter. This is why at the end of last week he made sure to tell people he was not going to sell, giving DJT a temporary bump that kept it above 12 till the end of the lockout period

I think you might be right and I stand corrected.

Now the only question is, can he keep it out of Penny Stock Range before the election (after which he's probably going to sell and fold the thing.)
