You mean, he thinks given a medal of freedom to a billionaire donor is better than giving one to a soldier who has been wounded or even killed in service to this country? trump's biggest enemy is himself. Nothing to be spun. Trump was simply referring to the fact that Medal of Honor recipients who are dead, can't experience the pride of receiving the medal, but the liveng person getting the Medl of Freedom can. That's all there is to it.
