BTW the constitution makes it clear that the feds are banned from setting up a health care system and the Supreme court knows it. Roberts was blackmailed a few years back when he ok'd obamacare. THINK

You're wrong. A bill must be signed by the president to become law. Theoretically, congress can override a presidential veto but that is rare. The president is very much a part of the legislative process. THINK
