You're full of shit. He put up over 700 miles.....and it doesn't matter if it replaced a fence that was crumbling or was open expanse. You're just playing with definition of what is new and what is a replacement.
And since every other motherfucker in Washington was fighting him tooth & nail over the wall...he was lucky to get what he got done. Now that he's gone Biden has turned the Border Patrol into a taxi service for human smuggling. It's no surprise that the wall isn't being kept up like it should be.
