3. The Obama Administration did policing studies, and established reform programs with several police forces across the country, similar to the Ferguson Agreement, but tailored to the specific needs and problems within the communities. Trump tore ALL of them up.

4. The Obama Administration severely limited the amount and type of surplus military equipment that police forces could acquire for domestic use, saying that some types of equipment designed for use on foreign battlefields to kill and subdue a hostile enemy, were unsuitable for use against the American people on their home soil. Trump tore up those restrictions.
