Keep in mind that Roe v. Wade was a "Constitutional Interpretation" of the 14th.Only with another amendment, almost certainly.
And it was the current Court that RE-interpreted in order to OVERTURN THE ORIGINAL interpretation of the 14th.
It's merely a matter of overturning a ruling 150 years old rather than a ruling 50 years old.
Easy enough for SCOTUS to do if they are so inclined.
Once done that would open-up another can of worms for those whose parents were on US soil illegally at the time of the birth.
