On the one hand, the U. S. Economy was in fact tanking when Obama took office. On the other hand, the Democrats had managed to leave their people behind by 2016. The Giant Corporate tax cut is recent memory. The auto industry bail-out needs to be linked.

Did President Obama save the auto industry?

The Democrats didn't save as much of the industry as they had claimed. Of interest, the cut of the mortgage deductions does impact the rich in the few Blue States who got and kept the Obama Stimulus money: To denigrate the babies and any subsequent offspring. A few corporations have so-far announced financial and other incentives for their employees. Both plans have and had equal amount tax credits.

Both are easily said to be hatched from the same neo-Keynesian cloth--Federal deficits with no public works.

Mostly--the concept of federal note downgrades has been noted in the international community. The Moses Atrocity, Deut. 23:19-20 still works like shown in Matt. 25:14-30. Equal amount ration-money was taken out of the Obama Stimulus, and gets phased out of the Trump "Reform." Make Work Pay and children go bye-bye in both. Effectively, there is no reform. Effectively; Both sides are neo-Keynesian.

Baptists famously know that the pitiful, powerless deity was actually only able to feed two white people in Garden of Eden(?). Arithmetic had really not been shown. The count of creation days was only known to humans as the one. . .maybe two.

Christians note that their deity was powerless--born in a stable stall, probably soiled.

Probably some Greek slave would eventually provide the arithmetic clues, somewhere in Egypt; providing the arithmetic in Matthew 25;14-30, and Matthew 20: 1-16. Moses, the conquerer-trained, clearly knew how to screw everybody, and passed that along, "Deity-directed." Holocaust. . . .such a deal. . .and in a Trump Administration(?). The concept of an ancient civilization, capable of food and technology for everyone. . . .would still be elusive. . . .probably in an abandoned movie-theater: far, far way. . . .kind of like the malls.

Soon, maybe: But not on immediate radar.

At the Ivy League, so far; Not even then!
