The shelling of civilians in Donbass was one of the reasons it was invaded, Minsk failed because the Regime in Kiev and their EU handlers were never committed the Kiev Regime had built up a large force along the contact line with increased shelling with the intention of taking Donbass back from the DPR and LPR militias as they were at the time, that was the trigger for Russia to go in, this is what the MSM never report according to them Putin woke up one morning in a bad temper and decided to go into Ukraine for the hell of it.
