It's all jealousy from our conservative friends because even Joe Biden, who's basically the Democrats' third-stringer after Obama and Hillary Clinton, is still more qualified and better prepared to be President starting today over any of the Republican imbeciles currently in contention for their party's nomination.
The Republican field going into 2016 is at its weakest since the 1964 election. Now that Christie's toast, all they've got left is a weak bench of guys who just don't have general election chops or gravitas, from Rand Paul to Ted Cruz to Marco Rubio to Rick Santorum, none of them are good Presidential candidates.
So you can snicker all you want and tell yourself Biden's an idiot, but he'd be a Lyndon Johnson kind of President, which is not too shabby at all.
