Standard testing is kind of useless, really. Probably a great idea to dump these outmoded tests created by racists.

It is a sad sign of the times when an institution threatens to revert to MERIT in its personnel decisions and fully half of the political spectrum sees it as an outrage.

One of the candidates for President is endlessly shown telling (essentially) all Amercan Blacks that they cannot succeed unless the Sovereign gives them "more." It would be difficult to imagine a more dispiriting message to POC's.
