Don't know. This could not happen where I live. Just about every neighborhood built since WWII has protective covenants and restrictions and all the upscale ones have minimum square footage/housing unit; no commecial/multi-family etc. On top of that, our city doesn't allow commercial in residential neighborhoods.

I doubt that I would be okay with it, but living in an upscale neighborhood, black or otherwise, is not something I will ever have to worry about.
