Bullshit, the company is private but we're talking on a public forum.

If it was private then only a small segment of qualified candidates could be members.
When I registered all I needed to do was give them a little information.
I didn't have to show an I.D. or pass a test to get access to this place.
I didn't even have to pay a fee.

Ease of access has absolutely no bearing on the fact that these are private forums. They chose to give easy access to posting, thats all.
