Trump sent him there illegally. Moreover he sent them to the gulag in El Salvador, which makes him culpable. He's back in his home country, if you are talking about the "Maryland" dude.

She is here illegally and she has a criminal record for committing fraud in the US.If she's here illegally, I support her deportation.
He left immigration cases to proceed at their own pace, did not send ICE over to arrest her and incarcerate her or deport her but let the law play out, just as Trump is doing in her case too.Joe Biden had 4 years to do it. What happened?

SCOTUS disagrees. There was a withholding order that prevented them from sending him to El Salvador. Not illegally.

SCOTUS said it was illegal to send him to El Salvador. That’s a fact. Not issued by SCOTUS, but by some dipshit District hack in black.
SCOTUS didn't demand he be brought back, they waffled and hedged and made up some bullshit because they don't want to control their own branch.
Well said, nothing Trump does can be said to be illegal, it is logically impossible for him to do anything illegal. Not illegally.

True but we are living in a constitutional crisis, Trump is disregarding anyone who thwarts his goals even the Judiciary, so to all intents and purposes there is no law at all insofar as Trump himself is concerned. The law cannot restrain Trump only congress can and perhaps he'd be willing to disregard even congress too if it comes to that.SCOTUS said it was illegal to send him to El Salvador. That’s a fact.
I was agreeing with you, but never mind.Argumentum ad absurdum.

Trump sent him to the gulag. His hands are dirty.
Trump is bragging about sending people to the gulag. Trump made the deal with him. Trump is playing him. He’s a co-conspirator.Trump sent him to his home country, lawfully. Trump, nor anyone in the US, has any control over what the El Salvadoran government chooses to do with their own citizens.
Well I have nothing more to say to you or people like you, have a nice day.I can do without some agreements.
This illegal alien from El Salvador has been convicted of a brutal murder, a horrifying crime against a young American woman.

It seems he will be sentenced to life in a US prison, he had a fair trial and can likely appeal and so on.
Meanwhile some men who have not murdered anyone or even been charged with any crime, have been deported (some are not even from El Salvador) are incarcerated to (effectively) a life sentence in CECOT in El Salvador, they had no trial, have no ability to appeal and have no release date.
Some have even been sent there by mistake.
I've not heard a peep out of Rubio or Trump about deporting this man back to El Salvador, life in a US high security prison is no picnic but compared to CECOT it kind of is.
How should one make sense of this? Might illegal aliens fearing deportation to CECOT, now kill someone in order to get a US trial and a US prison sentence?

Yes I know, I was referring to this man:The man they deported was NOT guilty of a crime. He was NOT a member of any gang. He had BROKEN LAWS. He was in the country LEGALLY and IS marred a U.S. Citizen. He did NOT deserve what happened to him/

The guy is from El Salvador, came here illegally, and is now back where he came from. It's as simple as that. He would never be in this predicament if he hadn't come here illegally. Lesson to be learned by everyone else contemplating coming here illegally. This illegal alien from El Salvador has been convicted of a brutal murder, a horrifying crime against a young American woman.

No, Victor Martinez-Hernandez (the subject of this thread) is in the United States, he has not been deported, yet he brutally slaughtered a young American woman last year and was found guilty of her murder recently. The guy is from El Salvador, came here illegally, and is now back where he came from.
