French government extended "emergency powers"
* Citizens can be placed under house arrest
* Citizens can be electronically monitored while under house arrest.
* Groups or organizations can be disbanded by the government
* The ability to protest and assemble, suspended.
* Government can block web sites.
* Curfew
so the terrorists kill people and blow themselves up, and French citizens are under emergency powers for more than 3 months.
The government lets in bombers, and the citizens lose rights.
...I guess some of those bomb vets can be on time delay.
