All nations, all presidents, they have repeatedly applied and removed tariffs as they see fit from the Treasury Department, why is the Trumps admin any different? Biden hit China EVs with 100% tariffs and no judge stopped it. They dont WANT Trump to negotiate better trade deals.and bring manufacturing back, clearly. They dont want wins, they want to prevent his administration from succeeding. One has to wonder how many judges have been bribed and/or on Chinas payroll. Treason is a very serious charge.

Obviously we are NOT "at war" because the Constitution says only Congress can declare war.
And there is no war.
In fact, immigrants are the only way to compete against China.

And it was only bin Laden who was at war with the US.

What does the Alien Enemies Act have to do with China? Despite all his bluster, Trump hasn’t attempted to sweep up Chinese nationals, even though China is a much bigger problem than Venezuela. Like bullies everywhere, Trump punches down on those who can’t fight back.
