The racism is stirred by you guys. I'm just showing the facts. The employment numbers show that DEI has not taken anything from whites. You can't face the truth. Classic white fragility.
In my business, I;ve hired a lot of people. If a black comes through the door and starts singing the victim song like you're doing, I send him right back out the door. I hire positive can-do people. Your message and that of Kamala and 0bama is poison to blacks. All you do is tell them they are weak and dumb to rise on their own. I just abhor the defeatist messaging of the left. If you notice, they NEVER encourage blacks to work hard and persevere.
 
No I don't know that anyone is over-represented.
Your assertions aren't based on skill sets, IQs, education levels, grades, test scores, personality disorders, police records, etc.

To get a job as an engineer I had to get a BS degree, and then pass a test to get a PE license, and then take another test for the specific position. There is no racism. We all had the same qualifications. You can't fake experience or specific knowledge, interviews and resume's also say who you are, so do grade transcripts, so do your past employers. If you hire someone you want to pick the most qualified candidate.
My assertions are based n the fucking statistics from the Dept of Labor. You claim of no racism in engineering's a damn lie.

Since the Fortune 50 company I worked for had a stupid “affirmative action” hiring policies I never mentioned it to anybody and I always got away with it. A couple of times I was instructed to improve my departmental “diversity” demographics but I always ignored it and never got into any trouble. My stereotype is that anybody with a stupid ghetto Black ethnic name is probably worthless. I could have been wrong a couple of times but I was also probably right 99% of the time.

Glad I did it. I would do it again.”


This guy was an engineer. Whites aren't overrepresented in all these fields because of any of the reasons you're trying to use for excuses. I've hired people son. I have written human resource policy boy, I know WTF I'm talking about and all you're doing is posting excuses.
 
DEI has no business purpose, it is a waste of time and resources, which is why companies are deleting it.
It is a distraction. It is a source of dissension. It is a racial metric with no business metric. Not happening any more.
DEI does have a business purpose. It only creates dissension among whites who are racists. White is a race dumbass, and when whites get hired it's due to a racial metric. So not only will it continue happening, but it is going to happen as it did during Jim Crow.

Could it be that whites tend to have better communication and people skills…do they articulate the English language better, are they more ambitious, do they have a greater desire to impress and improve, are they more reliable, are they more loyal and trustworthy, do they ever forget to tame their afros, do they sag their pants and look ghetto, can they say ASK without saying AXE?
Remember, this is a white nation, founded, built, funded and run by whites. Have you noticed that white-ish blacks tend to do better in white America? Think the Kenyan, Ben Carson…etc etc

You can cite all the statistics you want, DEI is still just discrimination in different clothes.
You know this is the same thing that racist whites have repeated ad nauseum about the EO that created affirmative action. That it allegedly mandated that "unqualified" Blacks be hired over "eminently more qualified" whites.

After hearing this lie again for the umpteenth time, I provided the text of the EO to the latest poster making this false statement and asked him to show me where it says what he claims.

His response was "I don't care what's in the text, it is my OPINION that affirmative discriminates against whites by placing less qualified Blacks in jobs therefore displacing whites" (paraphrased). He further stated "THIS IS MY OPINION AND I'M ENTITLED TO IT".

So you claiming that IM2 can cite all of the statistics he wants, that DEI is still [allegedly] just discrimination in different clothes is tacit acknowledgement that you know he's right. He's ALWAYS been right and the statistics, and historical reports & documents back up the things he says.

I remember you claiming on another thread years ago that you were being falsely accused of being a racist. How do you think lying about Black people negatively impacting and taking away jobs from white people makes you sound?

Racism isn't just defined by calling Black people the N word or any other racial slur. It's also defined by perpetuating the LIE that diversity, equity and inclusion is discrimination against white people.

DEI first was introduced during the civil rights movement just a few years after the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and can be though of as a way in which to implement the directive to federal employers to "take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed and that employees are treated during employment without regard to their race, creed, color, or national origin".

Affirmative action is the directive and DEI is how it is implemented (carried out).
 
If we are all equals, don't look for crutches. Republicans play the "colorblind" card, not the race card.
Its all about abilities and talents to do the job, aka "skill sets".
We are not all TREATED equally. The United States was founded on the principle of the alleged superiority of the white race thus society was structured to the advantage of whites and specifically to the disadvantage of Black people (people of African descent).
