Standard 3-1.6 Improper Bias Prohibited ​

(a) The prosecutor should not manifest or exercise, by words or conduct, bias or prejudice based upon race, sex, religion, national origin, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or socioeconomic status. A prosecutor should not use other improper considerations, such as partisan or political or personal considerations, in exercising prosecutorial discretion. So her TV commercial seems to say that she was the exception in that "I never asked if you were a Democrat or Republican, but are you OK?
Please folks.. if you are considering voting for her, remember SHE never asked because it would be prohibited for her or any other prosecutor to do so! A truly false impression.
