Not entirely untrue; a lot of music is electronic mixes, not genuine artists, or they're using that voice box thingy gimmick, can't remember the name of it, 'Auto-Tune' maybe?. But there are still plenty of artists who do their own work; still no editing fakery on Jackie Evancho's CD's, or Natasha St. Peir's, and many many others. The rapper and hip hop garbage is almost entirely dependent on it, and that is what seems to be winning. In any case not much different than pop has always been, it's a market aimed at the allowance money of 10 to 18 year old airhead girls, has been since the 1950's and will always be so.

Boredom with this electronic crap is why country is a lot more popular now, and much of it is really just old style rock and roll now, anyway. It's like a circle being completed; back to Bob Wills and Chuck Berry types being on the country stations like when 'rock and roll' started out.

Actually you have it backwards.

Just make a quota system, and whites will still win more than blacks will, but they can't snivel about it, and they can lose another 40% of their audiences and recording sales, which have tanked quite a bit the last years already. They should demand that white people can't buy their crappy 'music',if they were really serious. I know I don't buy any rap or hip hop crap, and never will, so they should love me. lol

Affirmative Action was never a quota system, which in fact is a bad idea. Nixon turned it into a quota system to appease the Black Caucus; it has nothing to do with 'diversity', it was desired by black radicals because it relieved them of any responsibility for actually improving black education, black business development, or any other thing that would produce real genuine progress for minorities. You know nothing, just what your masters tell you to parrot.

As I have recommended before, get a copy of Hugh Davis Graham's The Civil Rights Movement; it's the best study you will ever find in one book.
