Yet both women chose to keep their children now that they have the opportunity to give them up. They are free women. One would think that surely had they been saved earlier these children would have been aborted. Now both mothers have an opportunity to walk away from that pain and do something to right the wrong that was done to them. Had one or both said take these kids away no one would have questioned the decision. The minors would have gone to foster care and put up for adoption. Yet neither woman chose to do that even for the child of a rapist.

Perhaps those who were denied abortions would have time to think about the life they were about to end, and, instead decide to carry the child to term and give the baby up for adoption. The choice of life for the child, a child for a couple ending with nurturing parents and a well balanced child.
