So it goes
What three policies of Trumps do you dislike and how do they affect you?
What three policies does your wife hate?
This question always throws people for a loop.
Policies are only part of the story. I equally weigh those with my judgement on the politician's sincerity in pursuing them and his ability to carry them out. Additionally there is also the matter of execution of situations as they arise.
My list starts with a stance Trump expressed in 2016 which I whole heartedly agreed with but from the start felt he was peddling BS.
Trump: I will eliminate U.S. debt in 8 years
Trump said renegotiating trade deals would help.

Here goes:
What three policies of Trumps do you dislike and how do they affect you?
(1) My first and foremost source of discontent is the continued lack of control over the federal deficit. The $2 trillion Senate package Trump signed that sent out dough willy-nilly was totally ridiculous.
(2) Allowing the handling of covid-19's turned over to the bureaucrats has been an economic disaster. With the administration's turnover one possibility I sense is that too many of his appointments have been given responsibility way over their heads. The acting Secretary of Homeland Security is one of these.
(3) Other than proceeding with the space program his general lack of respect for science has put the country in need of a wake up call we haven't seen since Sputnik.
(4) Interference with states' control over elections which I find on par with the Democratically controlled House.
(5) Lack of leadership. He unnecessarily turns issues into politics. Trump can give a good speech when he sticks to script. But with an attitude that centers around himself I come away with seeing Trump using people in the same fashion as Democrats play blacks. An example of this is how Trump played coal miners back in 2016.
What three policies does your wife hate?
While my wife is further to the left than I, for her the personal aspect by far outweighs policies. She's a proud army brat and due to her personal situation I see there is nothing more that he can say or do that'll mend the feelings she's held of him ever since he expressed his opinion on prisoners of war.
