Can't we all agree that if Obumfuck get's his war and blows away Assad that the Christians are probably all going to be executed or, at the very least, end up as refugees?

They'll end up like the Christians in Iraq, extremely marginalized, butchered or flee the country.

Isn't sad that a discriminatory foreign policy is being enforced by an Afro-American?

If Bashar al-Assad hands over his chemical weapons to the UN, that's a far better result than if the US were to order a few rocket strikes on the Syrian military.

America can't target the chemical weapon's stockpiles themselves, for fear that it will release toxic fumes that could in turn blow over civilian populated areas!

al-Assad is probably under a lot of pressure from Russia's Putin, who can't be too happy about being seen to be aligned with a client state that has just gassed 1300 of its own civilians - in full view of the world on You Tube.

Should Congress really authorize a war on Syria because Hillary Clinton and Obama said “Assad must go!” and Obama said his “red line” has been crossed? Or should Congress use this vote as a teaching tool for Baby Boomer Bismarcks by declaring: “We are not taking our country to war because you blundered in issuing ultimata you had no authority to issue. Rather than go to war, you should admit your mistake, as real leaders do, and take responsibility.”
