Everyone here is making fun of the OP.

The birthers are part of the reason most people with graduate degrees voted for Barack Obama. It is difficult for educated people to take his opponents seriously.

They hurt the conservative movement.

Actually Obama was born in Hawaii. And the literary agent fell on the sword and said it was a mistake. But what they means is that Obama never read the pamphlet in all those years or else he didn't correct it. Nor did he correct the article that states the same. Apparently what is being argued is that Obama is oblivious to what is going on around him. What else did the birther Obama let the lie stand and make a profit over? Paying for college is one thing he might have let them think he was born in Kenya. And what happens if 10 years from now it finally comes out that indeed he did just that? Nothing. Again lying is its own reward and for a liberal they get a lot of rewarding.

The hypocrisy of the liberal left is in full bloom when they say no one cares. They mean no one that voted for Obama cares because he is a democrat and that is all they will vote for so they MUST defend them or admit that they would vote for the very first birther. And of course the liberal left was very interested in GWB's military record all the while ignoring Bill Clinton's and Barrack Obama's. Hypocrites everyone one that defends Obama.
