Isn't it hilarious to watch Israel and its AIPAC ally America sweat over an International Court of Justice? Yup the land of the so called free are enslaved to their Political contributors to their government creating an Oligarchy run by money...

Until Justice regains its foothold over Americans we will suffer Terrorism caused by the support of a very aggressive Israeli state who has bombed all its neighbors civilian areas.

Palestine and the ICC Salma Karmi-Ayyoub
The question of Palestinian membership in the International Criminal Court has become a battleground in the Israel-Palestine conflict. For months the Palestinian Authority has been threatening to join the ICC. Israel and its Western allies are vigorously opposed to this and have threatened to withdraw financial aid from the PA if it pursues membership. The US senate, for example, debated legislation in 2012 that would cut off millions of dollars in assistance to the PA, and the EU has reportedly said it will withhold aid for re-building Gaza after the latest assault, if the PA were to bring a case against Israel. As a result the PA has delayed joining the Court and instead has been using the threat of membership to try to extract concessions from Israel; for instance, the ICC was reportedly discussed during recent negotiations over a Gaza ceasefire.
But in the midst of this controversy it is easy to lose sight of some basic questions: Why is Palestinian ICC membership so important and what has Israel to fear from it? The answer is that the ICC can try persons of any nationality for crimes committed on the territory of the states that have signed its Rome Statute. This means that, were Palestine to join the Court, Israeli leaders could be prosecuted for war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in the West Bank and Gaza, even though Israel is not a member of the ICC.

Because they know once they'll join the ICJ Israel is going to sue their ass so hard they'll probably have to pay with their imaginary-virtual state to Israel, hah.

Even Hamas wants the PA to sign up, they're that confident they have nothing to fear from any Zionist allegations.

I think that is true, but it is not the same as not having their own violations.
There is little likelyhood that Hamas would have violated human rights somewhere along the line, and possibly be responsible for some war crimes. But they are not afraid in that they are prepared to take it on the chin, and accept the verdict and punishment of a properly constituted court. NOT staffed exclusively by Zionists, of course.

Whereas Israel is scared silly by the idea of universal standards being applied to it and it's war crimes. As the power and as the initiator of each round of atrocities - and as the serial provocateur - as the recipient of countless boons from the US and Europe it has a great deal to lose.

Hamas has nothing to lose but its chains.

At least try to find ONE thing which is not Israel's fault, anyway I would be glad if the Palestinians won't have any leadership at all.

Just as they were that certain they could beat Israel in the last fight and ended up losing. You will find that if the P.A. do go to the ICC and the judgement goes against then Israel can sue them for everything they have including their state.

I suppose this is Hamas' "Samson Option".

Yes. Just quite a lot more lawful, and involving many fewer deaths than Israel's new iteration of it.
