No it doesn't. That Carbon 14 is absorbed and used by most living things in the natural carbon cycle. The CO2 produced by combustion of fossil fuels releases CO2 that doesn't include C14. The rate of non C14 in the atmosphere is increasing and we humans are the cause of that increase.
