Some things must always go forwards or die.
An airplane must always be moving forward. If it ever stops moving forward, the engine will stall, and it will fall out of the sky.
A shark must always be moving forward. If it ever stops moving forward, it will stop breathing and die.
The Roman Empire survived on loot and slaves from constant wars on its frontiers, and its economy was based on it. When the Roman Empire stopped expanding, and stopped taking in new loot and slaves, it started dying.
And the liberal movement is the same way. It employs academics, lobbyists, media "fact checkers", protest groups, pressure groups, community organizers, racial rabble rousers, and all these people need constant employment, a paycheck.
That is why liberals never stop demanding more stuff. If they win something, they are already geared up for the next thing. The ink was not yet dry on the same-sex marriage decision at the Supreme Court before they were already demanding unisexual bathrooms where men could legally gawk at women and take their pictures and exposes their penises to them and maybe even get away with groping them and raping them.
So all these liberals make a living off the liberal machine, and they need to get money from stupid liberal sheep who they fleece, and without a thing to fight for, there is no fleecing, so there must always be a new thing to fight for.
