No? Every new "rule" made by a regulatory agency is a change in regulatory law passed by congress that congress did not approve to be changed.

Those rule changes are often made at the behest of POTUS, neither of which have the power to do so on their own hook. It's congress's job to change the law.

Those rule changes are not law as the ATF is finding out right now

Yes but how many years pass before they get their dick slapped and the the whole time rule is in full effect?

POTUS and the agency heads know this and there are no repercussions.....They just walk over the people at will with their rule changes.

The ATF brace rule is a good one to look at.....By their ruling there are now millions of "felons" in the ATF's eyes that basically told the ATF to FOAD with their brace rule.
