Sad but true.

Actually, Hillary is the only candidate who does not advocate ignoring the Supreme Court ruling of the requirement of probable cause before detaining and questioning people who look like illegal immigrants. On the other hand, the GOP nominee has pledged to deport all the illegal immigrants within 2 years, which, of course, would require that law abiding citizens prove that they are citizens without probable cause. You can't get any more unconstitutional as that. In fact, it hit the news this week that the FBI is asking the DA to prosecute Sherif Joe for criminal charges for profiling Latinos.
