The 2020 debates were a sham. Literal attack ads against Trump. If ABC were legitimate at all, they should ask:

1. Ms. Harris, no one has actually ever voted for you, neither in 2020 nor now, you were picked by your party only, why do you believe you are qualified for office?
2. Ms Harris, you are 75-80% caucasian. You used to refer to yourself as an East Indian Jamaican, why do you now call yourself African when you're not?
3. Ms Harris, you've long been considered the most radicalized person in Congress, why have you moderated all of your policy positions now running for office?
4. Ms Harris, you've run zero campaign, now you copy Biden's policies for your website THE DAY BEFORE THIS DEBATE: are you trying to obfuscate this debate and election process?
5. Ms Harris, considering all of the above, don't you agree that America needs at least one other debate with you to better get to know you as a candidate?

How ABC stages the debate will be interesting.
Since it's the only debate Harris has agreed to will moderators allow more time for candidates by asking each the same question, or will they eat up time to help Harris by asking each different questions? Example foreign policy question on Israel to TRUMP and Ukraine to Harris.
Will questions to TRUMP require him to defend his past policy, while allowing Harris to ignore policy she supported/implemented during the Biden/Harris administration?
Will the waste time with personal questions to help Harris, or will they stick to policy?
My predictions is they will follow a similar question outline as with the CNN debate, follow ups or challenges will only be done if they can benefit Harris. Both will get 1 gotcha question, but it will be an intentionally boring debate on ABC end.
The CNN debate was relaxed on the muted mics going over time, but I think ABC will abruptly cut TRUMP's mic if he goes over time. I think ABC will assist however they can to set up an "I'm speaking" type moment for Harris.

They know they can't look bias so they're gonna set it up so there's no clear winner.
