The DOW is already up 2000 just from Trump's win and his cabinet picks alone.

You also don't seem to understand that increasing the DOW from 18000 to 20000 is actually harder than increasing the DOW from 4 digits(an artificially low number for the 21st century)to 5 digits.

Using our position as world's largest economy we can supercharge X-M and the EU and China make that easy with their own dysfunctions. We won't get the same jobs back. Do to the one child policy plus 55 retirement age for women and 60 for men means that the Chinese labor force fraction is imploding at a compound rate. The EU is going bad rapidly.

The same jobs will not come back but pipelines will bring a lot of energy jobs back and quickly.

Take high speed rail, in the northeast getting the current shuttle up to 100mph avg speed would cost trillions in eminent domain law suits, on the west coast trillions in engineering due to topography. On the Gulf/Southern Atlantic coast and central plains very little engineering or eminent domain budget would be needed. 90% of the budget would go for upgrading existing and abandoned rail lines. That means billions not trillions in costs. Similar savings would be seen on roads, Airports and pipelines. in the same areas.

The Michigan recount and the North Carolina lawsuits over redistricting created sufficient evidence to reform federal election laws to prevent fraud and limit gerrymandering lawsuits.
